Position Overview
This new position within our organization is responsible for developing and implementing strategic and tactical human resources systems to optimize employee performance and fulfillment in achievement of our vision to set the standard of excellence for corporate support in public media (NPR and PBS stations). The primary functions for this position are developing a sales training program, managing HR policy compliance, and recruiting.

Market Enginuity is seeking a determined and persuasive sales professional to join our public radio sales team at Nashville Public Radio, selling their media assets including broadcast corporate sponsorship messages, web-related products and events. This is an outside sales position where successful sales people develop new business by cold-calling and following a consultative sales approach.
