At PRDMC 2008, We laid out a menu of specific sales strategies to meet the challenges of maintaining underwriting revenue in uncertain times. DEI's Category Initiative, one of the specific strategies that was promoted, has been helping stations follow through in the months since. So: what have we learned? Jim and Kirk will lead this highly interactive session, examining what sales and renewal approaches worked and what didn't. What new ideas are working right now? They will have special guests and want to hear from as many of you as possible about the current realities of working with our traditional underwriters, and jointly develop a plan of action for the next 12 months.
